Why did we do this?

A lot of our players are at a stage now where they’re comfortable with the Futsal balls.

We’re all about stretching our players to gain NEXT LEVEL skills

So how can we take those skills to the next level?

One variation we’ve started to use is the tennis balls.

😰 Gets away easier with a heavy touch = focus on spacial awareness ✅
😰 More difficult to control going at speed = keep it closer / pick your moment to speed up ✅
😰 Higher level of concentration = more purposeful / intentional practice ✅

This was chaos, but also loads of fun 🤩

p.s. if you want to get a word in, getting them to hold onto these in the group discussions can work well … ask Ash 🤫
