Our sessions run every Thursday during school term time from 3:15-4:15pm
Autum Term: 10th September-17th December (excluding 29th October)
Spring Term: 7th January-25th March (excluding 18th February)
Summer Term: 15th April-15th July (excluding 2nd June)

Important Information
For the 2026/27 academic year we have moved all sign ups online. To join our sessions you must purchase our 'basic schools membership'. This is a 10 month rolling subscription that secures your childs place for the entire acadmic year. Cancellation is possible given 1 months notice, please take note of the plan policy at checkout for further information.
Everything You Need To Know
Please read this information carefully - even if you are an existing schools member - this is the most up-to-date information about your childs afterschool club!
Collection (3:15pm)
Your child will be register upon arrival by an FCF coach. For KS1 children this will be collected from their class. For KS2 children this will be inside the 'rainbow room' where children can get changed. No parents required.

What to bring
โ- Drink
- Suitable clothing for the weather (outdoors)
- Suitable footwear for the playground (Futsal) and grass
(Football)
- Shinpads will be required for full participation

Parents are welcome to pack a snack for the start of the session
Collection (4:15pm)
By parents: collected by an adult promptly at 4:15pm from the playground gate at the side of the school.

Afterschool club: FCF Coaches will send children to the schools afterschool club.

Walking home: consent must be given prior, children can make their own way home
Late Fees
Our coaches run on a tight schedule and will be late for next sessions if they are not away on time.
For all children who are late being collected will be charged at the rate as explained in the 'Plan Policy'.

In most cases this is £5 for every 5 minutes after 4:20pm.
