As an Ex-academy player and current semi-professional footballer himself, his knowledge will be a great asset to our players.

In this video you’ll see Coach Tom stretching the group by putting their skills to the test in an opposed 3v3 session

For context these moves mentioned are part of our programme, the players would experience these at a level that is appropriate for their learning…

This might include: unopposed (individual/ team), overloaded/ underloaded, or equal numbered games all depending on the stage the players are at!

In this session Tom uses a reward as a constraint that encourage the boys to use the moves (e.g., if you use the Switch successful you get a point straight away)
