For context these moves mentioned are part of our programme, the players would experience these at a level that is appropriate for their learning…

This might include: unopposed (individual/ team), overloaded/ underloaded, or equal numbered games all depending on the stage the players are at!

In this session Tom uses a reward as a constraint that encourage the boys to use the moves (e.g., if you use the Switch successful you get a point straight away)
